ASM Handbook features new section on MIM

The 2015 edition of ASM Handbook, Volume 7: Powder Metallurgy, edited by Prasan K Samal and Joseph W Newkirk, is now available from the publishers. The latest 907 page edition focuses on conventional press and sinter PM and includes a new section on MIM. The revised volume is organised in two parts. The first part, following an introductory division on history and material standards, covers the basic principles and techniques that are common to all PM materials.
