LANXESS ABS Limited-A new dynamic player in the styrenic resins business

ON 29th of April,2005,Bayer ABS Limited announced the renaming of its company to LANXESS ABS Limited in a press conference held in Mumbai.The renaming was approved in the Annual General meeting by the shareholders of the company on the previous day.
