It is learnt as a part of the drive to clean up the famous Dal Lake Jammu and Kashmir Lakes and Waterways Development Authority (LWWDA) has banned the use of polythene bags in and around it.The ban comes into force with immediate effect and any violation will be trictly dealt with under law,an official announcement said.
