Inspite of all the efforts in upgrading/repairing the bitumen roads to make them free of cracks and pot holes, it has resulted in a total failure. In Mumbai for example, and within just a few weeks after the onset of monsoon, the Mumbai roads have developed hundreds of pot holes making it awful for the cars as well as the pedestrians.
