US converter Flexo Transparent to grow with the backing of two private equity firms

Buffalo, New York-based converter Flexo Transparent is continuing with its plans for growth with the support of two private equity firms; Sidereal Capital Group LLC and Orix Mezzanine & Private Equity that have each acquired an undisclosed equity stake in the company. Sidereal of Chatam, NJ has other major holdings in custom chemicals and wood coatings markets and Orix of Dallas TX has a number of diverse holdings including a stake in thermoformed container producer Peninsula Packaging LLC of Exeter, California.
