摘要

This work is a continuation of field and laboratory studies carried out into enzymatic activity (sacharase, protease and urease) of soils treated with herbicides. Similarly to the previous research enzymatic activity showed high variability both during the vegetative period and within particular layers of the two study soil types (sand and loess). It was thus characterised by a specific dynamics. The herbicides used (aminopielik P and maloran on sandy soil and desmetrine and simazine on loess soil) had varied effect, frequently resulting in a decrease of enzymatic activity, in particular in the 10 times dose, but sometimes also in its activation. In general, however, they did not result in substantial and sustained changes in enzymatic activity studied.
