Plastics industry bodies join forces for Circular Economy Platform in Europe

Three plastics industry organisations have launched a new Polyolefin Circular Economy Platform to help drive recycling efforts in the packaging sector. European Plastics Convertors, Plastics Europe and Plastics Recyclers Europe said they wanted to create a multi-stakeholder group to identify the barriers and opportunities for recycling efforts, and help ensure the supply of high-quality recycled plastics for the continental market.
