Houston-The US PVC export business was being hampered by logistics issues at packaging plants,market sources said in mid-January.One trader reported that it bought a cargo from a domestic producer in mid-January,but it won't be able to take delivery until the second half of February because the packaging warehouse was backed up with excessive orders.
