The Atlantic physical thermal coal market moved side- ways July 27, with only one fixed price trade taking place throughout the trading session. In the CIF ARA market, London Commodity Brokers car- ried out a September DES AR deal at $125/mt for 50,000 mt of generic-origin material. The deal had exchange of futures for physical (EFP) terms attached and was said to have been a northwest European utility buying from a producer.
