Russia's Yukos said Jan 14 it has sent a written complaint to the Tax Ministry claiming recent tax evasion charges and penalties against the company are unlawfuil and should be dropped without payment.The tax ministry accused Yukos Dec 29 of cooking up an unlawful tax minimization olf as much as US3-bil in revenues in 2000.
