Gazprom is negotiating the possible purchase of a 57.7% stake in Russian oil company Sibneft,Russia's daily Vedomosti said May 25.An unnamed source close to Mill-house Capital,the main shareholder of Sibneft,was reported as saying Gazprom had made a proposal to the owners to buy the stake.
