US rig cont slides by 6

The US rig count was 1,128 for the week ended Mar 19,down by six from the prior week,according to Baker Hughes.The latest count includes 1,018 land,92 offshoare and 17 inland water rigs,with 963 assigned to gas,162 to oil and three to mis0cellaneous drilling.The rigs were drilling 739 vertical,295 directional and 94 horizontal wells.
