Russia's Yukos called on the government to make up its mind on the routing of the country's first eastern-bound crude export pipeline. Yukos supports a plan to lay a 30-mil mt/yr pipeline from Angarsk in East Siberia to Daqing in northeastern China, which could be fed by its fields in the Tomsk region of West Siberia.
