In the Baltic / Nordic region, coffee consumption per capita is the highest in the world however the younger generations are now sipping more cups of tea than ever before, but what is tea to them?. Herbs? Leaves? Dried Fruits? A Mixture? There is tremendous interest but confusing products and not enough clarity and honesty in the offerings. To capture them we need to re-look and adjust the way tea is presented in a marketing form, the sustainability is to develop and engage them in the way they understand and are captivated by the leaf.
