Leather chemicals manufacturer ATC will use its presence at the All China Leather Exhibition in Shanghai (September 3-5) to present Actoil VS and Actyl Eco White. Actoil VS is a natural sulfited fatliquor suitable for use in making all types of leather. It is anionic and said to have good stability to electrolytes, to give evenness of colour, a pleasant hand-feel and inner softness to leather. It also offers good light and heat-fastness, and can be combined with other anionic fatliquors. Actyl Eco White is a bleaching auxiliary that is free of chlorine and can be used at the liming, deliming or pickle stages to bleach the natural colour of the pelt.
