At a time when the water industry is facing huge challenges of an ageing workforce and the accompanying reduction of skills and experience, enticing new talent with apprenticeships can be a cost-effective option. Intermediate and Advanced Level apprenticeship are now available offering a route to help address these challenges by developing job-related competence in a very broad range of roles within the water industry.
