Last year Severn Trent achieved 99.5% compliance with drinking water quality standards. For the company to achieve and sustain such high levels of performance in a competitive environment it is essential that process operation is supported by an efficient and effective maintenance regime. It is Severn Trent's view that good planning is a critical factor in achieving high productivity and process reliability with minimum risk.
