You have visited Vietnam many times, perhaps you are very familiar with Vietnamese market and culture, as an investor and a keen telecommunication & IT observer from overseas, please share with us your thinking about the potential of 3G and mobile data applications in the Vietnam market.Although I have been here quite a few times, but I would not dare to say that I am "very familiar" with the Vietnamese market and culture. However through my personal contacts with local associates, both local and overseas Vietnamese, and my observations on the IT and Telecommunication developments and trends during the past few years, I certainly have formed some opinions on local market environment.
