CNOOC Energy Technology & Services (CNOOC EnerTech), a subsidiary of China National Offshore Oil Corporation, started trading on the Shanghai Stock Exchange this week after an initial public offering of its shares. The Tianjin-headquartered company was seeking to raise 3.8 billion yuan ($549 million) through selling 1.865 billion shares or 10% of its stock at CNY2.04 ($0.29) apiece.
