Compositions of perovskite-like structures based on tungsten and niobium complexes oxides

摘要

We have synthesized a number of tungsten and niobium bronzes of lanthanum and strontium: La_xWO_3(0.05≤x≤0.3), Sr_xWO_3(0.1≤x≤0.33), Sr_xNbO_3(0.7≤x≤0.9), Sr_0.6_xLa_xNbO_3(0.1≤x≤0.2). it was found that all these compositions, exept tetragonal Sr_0.1WO_3 and Sr_0.2WO_3, have a crystal structure of the cubic perovskite type with the lattice parameter a= 3.81-4.02 E. The dependence of this parameter on x was determined. The tungsten (niobium) bronze conductivity was shown to be of semiconductor (metal) type.
