摘要

Optical and electromigratioinal properties of the chalcospinels of type MM_2'X_4 (M-Eu, Yb; M'-Ga, In, Sb; X-S, Se) were investigated. Electrical conductivity of the melts of the compounds reaches values 1-10 Sm/cv and increases with rising of the temperature and substitution of the element for more havier analogue. The ionic part of conductivity have values teens percents (more than 90/100 in the case of EuGa_2S_4), so indicating the strong-polar character of the M-X bonds. Different mechanisms of electronic conduction for the Eu(II) and Yb (II) chalcospinels was proposed.
