WEstablished in 2013, The Future Group has pioneered the use of real-time visual effects in live production, working on major projects such as the Super Bowl and Eurovision Song Contest. At launch, the company partnered with Fremantle Media, Ross Video and Epic Games on an interactive game show, using mixed reality (MR), which was broadcast on Norwegian television. The show, which was produced in a virtual environment, saw members of the public compete for cash prizes, as well as the audience at home playing along on a mobile app.
