To mark its hundred years, the SLS has produced a booklet tracing its history and covering some of its many memorable events. Containing 88 pages, it is well illustrated and comprises three sections; the first contains a brief history of the society's foundation and development and takes a look at the many railtours and specials it has organised over the years.
