Network Rail and TOCs issue electrification 'wish lists'

Network Rail announced on October 28 that it wants to see the Midland Main Line added to the list of routes scheduled for electrification. With the GW and Liverpool-Manchester main lines already on the DfT's list, the Association of Train Operating Companies (ATOC) has renewed a call for infill schemes to be considered too.
