Passengers on the West Coast Main Line are benefiting from longer Class 390 Pendolino trains which were introduced in early April to help ease overcrowding on some of the busier services.The first 11-car set to enter service was No. 390156, renumbered from 390056, which worked the 07.48 Liverpool-London service before operating on the London-Birmingham/Wolverhampton route during the day and its last duty on the busy 18.57 Euston-Manchester service.
