JOAN STRIKES AGAIN!

On January 19, Joan Walley MP, standard bearer for street lighting engineers, tabled an Early Day Motion on the subject of street lighting and crime. These motions are a means by which Members of Parliament give publicity to issues they feel should be ventilated - and for which they seek the support of their colleagues.
