Effective teams don't happen by accident. People make them happen, people like Malcolm Burnand who is a member of the packing team at Gripple in Sheffield. Although Malcolm was born with spina bifida, this has never stopped him from working and being an effective team player.When Malcolm first applied for the job, it was his engineering experience, enthusiasm and work ethic which really shone through. "Malcolm is a hard worker" says Team Leader Trisha Gray. "He has very good communication skills which are important, because we have to regularly liaise with the production team so that orders can go out to customers on time."
