Dominion Virginia Power announced plans Thursday for an initial nscoping study to look at building a high-voltage undersea power line from nVirginia Beach into the Atlantic Ocean to support “potentially multiple noffshore wind farms,” and said it is “very interested” in developing off-nshore wind generation if the frm deems it feasible.
