In business, the straitened economy forces a re-evaluation that is, to an extent, about restoring and repairing the old. Materials suppliers are also tackling this, developing their approaches to this idea of renewal.rnDesigner Celine Marcq's Re_create range explores the use of digital overprinting on existing ceramic tiles. Her designs are, she says, 'based on the idea of emotional object and preservation' and observations about 'the way we repair or personalise our objects'.
