One of the biggest trends is a move from single-sex changing facilities to family-friendly unisex 'villages', especially for wetside change areas. Disabled facilities have also greatly improved. Previously you might have expected accessible toilets; now we're seeing accessible showers, lifting facilities to help people into the pool and a much more wheelchair-friendly layout.
