摘要

A government report, Reducing Healthcare Associated Infection in Hospitals in England, found that 300,000 people each year contract a healthcare associated infection (HAI) following a hospital visit, creating a £1 billion additional annual care bill for the NHS. With such an effect on the health service-and more importantly on patients-there is a real need to select products that work to battle against HAI contraction and prevent the spread of germs that are dangerous to health within healthcare washrooms.
