Smit Textile of Italy provides weaving solutions to the world textile industry. The company had displayed a wide range of weaving machines at the It ma 2007 Exhibition held in Munich, Germany. These weaving machines included the new 920 series of gripper weaving machines, GS920 weaving machine for flat fabrics, GS920 terry version, GS920T weaving machines for technical fabrics and the air jet weaving machine model JS900. This is the newest and comprehensive modularity concept that involves the whole Smit Textile's machines project - mechanical, electronic HW and SW and communication systems - and includes an advanced electronic shedding drive.
