Telecommunications policy (special issue) mapping the evolving telecommunications market structure

We invite academics and practitioners to participate in a special issue of Telecommunications Policy that examines the changing market structure of the telecommunications industry. We are Particularly interested in original research on the future shape of the telecom value hain and the Implications for the different players involve. We welcome contributions that address the Underlying strategic issues facing players within the industry, and present frameworks for Identifying and understanding these issues.
