Id like to begin by thanking those of you who took the time to respond to our 2011 Communications Survey. Your feedback helps us to make important decisions about the types of information and services that we provide as well as how we provide it. Ironically, communication in general has gotten both easier and more complicated in the past few years. It's easier than ever to stay in touch with people—via avenues such as email or Facebook—but the number of communications choices can sometimes be confusing and overwhelming.
