Results of the implementation of a single concept for the development of the double launch system (SDZ) are presented, in particular the SDZ-La5 for the Fregat-SBU upper stage. Design and functional solutions are defined for the SDZ-La5 application as a part of RBF2U-SBU which differs in its geometry and mass-inertia properties from the Fregat upper stage (RBF). Information is presented on the transformation system development for the scenario without separation of the upper frame of the SDZ construction. Ascent Units (AU) of some advanced programs using the SDZ-La2 as a part of the Fregat upper stage and the SDZ-La5 for the Fregat-SBU upper stage are presented taking into account the single concept application. This article is a continuation of the article "The Concept of Design & Development of the Spacecraft Double Launch System as a Part of the Upper Stages of the Fregat Family" (Kolmykov et al., 2019).
