The first triple rigger of this size in thernworld, Rem0y Viking was built forrnNorwegian operator Jack Remoy by thernOrskov Christensens Skibsvaerft yard inrnFredrikshavn to a Rolls-RoycernNordvestConsult design.rnSince delivery, Remoy Viking has been fishing in the Barents Sea and on Flemish Cap, and has successfully worked with three trawls the whole time, demonstrating that Jack Remoy's vision of a triple rig trawler was the right one. Other triple rig trawlers are now under construction at Norwegian yards, including one for a Canadian owner.
