Spanish policy: New approaches in the analysis of scientific Policy in Spain: human resources and Priorities in the national Programme of New materials

摘要

Sapain made a marked effort to modernise her science and technology system during the 1980s. This study analyses the and liabili- ties resulting from this initiative, by surveying researchers involved in the New Materials programme-one of the most important in the new needs-driven orientation. This provides a quantitative-qualitative way to gain insight about the effect of such programmes on person- nel and strategic policies.
