Last month's IHS Safety at Sea the article 'Crime scene' (pl9) said the Cruise Vessel Safety and Security Act applied only to US-flagged cruise ships. In fact, the act applies to all cruise ships carrying 250 passengers or more that call at US ports, irrespective of flag.
