10-12 Class 47s for DRS

DRS is looking to have a fleet of 10-12 operational Class 47s in its fleet by the end of the year. The company put overhauled 47810 into traffic on April 18 and the following day, along with 47501 Craftsman it worked the inaugural DRS operation of the Edinburgh-Southampton Western Docks Cruise Saver specials. On arrival it was named Peter Bath MBE after the late founder of Cruise Saver.
