Wensleydale goes back to the 80s

The Wensleydale Railway is planning a 1980s diesel gala for April 8-10 which should hopefully feature several BR blue diesels.The full guest list of locos is still being finalised, but early indications are the railway is trying to source one or two Deities, a Class 26, 33 and 37. They will join the resident pair of 20s, 20020 and 20166, and 47715 and hopefully the line's 110 DMU will be making its debut in a new coat of paint after extensive work on the body.
