South Devon bounces back

After being lashed by heavy rains, resulting in a landslide that saw 500-tonnes of soil and debris blocking the line, the trackbed was rapidly repaired to allow the South Devon Railway's double weekend of galas on February 15/16 and 22/23. In use were Pannier L92 (5786) and 3205 from the home fleet plus guest M7 30053. Also in use were diesel shunters D3721 and D2246 on demonstration freight and milk trains as well as 'Bubble car' 55000 providing some trips in between the steam services.
