PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pantograph bounce generation prediction device, a pantograph bounce generation prediction program, and a pantograph bounce generation determination device that are capable of accurately predicting and determining generation of pantograph bounce by early predicting the shape of local abrasion of a contact strip at the time when the pantograph bounce generation starts.;SOLUTION: An abrasion shape predictive computing section 7c predictively computes a shape of a local abrasion limit at the time when local abrasion of a contact strip progresses and generation of pantograph bounce starts, as a limit abrasion shape. A pantograph bounce generation determination section 7g determines presence/absence of pantograph bounce generation by comparing an actual local abrasion shape of the contact strip with the limit abrasion shape. When the actual local abrasion shape of the contact strip exceeds the limit abrasion shape, the pantograph bounce generation determination section 7g determines that a risk of pantograph bounce generation is high. On the other hand, when the actual local abrasion shape of the contact strip does not exceed the limit abrasion shape, the pantograph bounce generation determination section 7g determines that the risk of pantograph bounce generation is low.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
