Your Excellencies, Chairmen and Directors General, Ladies and Gentlemen, We have now reached the end of the working sessions of the 28th session of our Congress. The success of the different activities in which we have taken part and the presence of 764 delegates from 68 countries and 5 continents, is a source of great pride and satisfaction for our Association.
