Period 1 of 2010-11 saw c2c retain its place at the top of the PPM table (RB1365 p4), with 97.9% of services arriving on time. The TOC's MAA score of 96.7% is in itself a new record.rnA poor period for c2c's main challenger Merseyrail saw South West Trains move into second position. SWT's P1 score of 97% is no mean achievement given the scale of its operations, involving 1 700 trains a day from London Waterloo and serving more than 200 stations, and contrasting with smaller, more self-contained TOCs such as c2c.
