HSBC rebrands ROSCO

HSBC Rail became Eversholt Rail Ltd on January 20 as part of a rebranding ahead of a possible sale. Before being sold on by the original MBO team in 1997, the company had been called EveTsholt Leasing. Rebranding marks the completion of an 18 month restructuring programme to set up the ROSCO as a stand-alone operation within The HSBC Group. The name change is intended to emphasise this new relationship while retaining the company's original identity.
