PPM falls sharply in Period 3

Network Rail reports that the national average PPM score for Period 3 to June 25 was 86.5%, down from 89.8% in P2 (RB1512 p7). The national average MAA PPM fell to 88.5% from 88.9% in P2, while the national average right-time score was down at 63.2% from 66.1%. RBI notes the significant drop in both PPM and right-time scores, continuing a run of declining performance that began in autumn 2012. The national average PPM score in P3 2015-16 was 91.2% (RB1490 p3).
