Ask Chris Geaves whether Sovereign Land and Centros will collaborate, and he answers: "Definitely." Sovereign Land used its own resources to buy 87,5% of Centros from Delancey in July. Since then, Geaves, one of two directors with an equity stake in Sovereign, has set out to emphasise that, while the company is an investor-developer, Centros is a third-party business acting for clients. Like anyone with post-takeover euphoria, Geaves speaks frequently of the two private companies being a "good fit".
