Ashtenne asks for Business Neighbourhood innovation

Ashtenne Industrial Fund is in talks with Liverpool City Council to create a special planning status for the 110 acre Liverpool Innovation Park, after it was named one of eight pilot Business Neighbourhoods by the Communities and Local Government in April. The park comprises 500,000 sq ft in 110 acres of landscaped grounds, made up of former Merseytravel depots and Marconi factory sites on Edge Lane, as well as the adjacent Wavertree Technology Park.
