BNSF becomes part of Berkshire

"Welcome to snowy Fort Worth, Texas." That's how BNSF Railway Co. Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer Matt Rose began what became an abbreviated press conference/teleconference the morning of Feb. 11 on the Berkshire Hathaway Inc. buyout. He kept the conference at BNSF's headquarters to about five minutes because the Dallas-Fort Worth area, which was under a winter storm warning, was well on its way to being blanketed with more than a foot of snow.
