The best look at 'Best Management Practices'

The 1997 PIMA International Management Conference will explore "The Best of the Best Practices" as they apply to real-life mill situations. The Conference will include general sessions on Negotiating Change to Team Concepts; Pleasing the Customer; Strategic Sourcing; The Manufacturing/Maintenance Relationship; and Fiber Supply. To preview this unique program, which will be held at the New Orleans Marriott Hotel June 19 to 21, PIMA Magazine Editor in Chief Alan Rooks held a roundtable discussion with members of the 1997 Conference Committee.
